$5 processing fee is added to invoice. Your payment is expected within 24 hours of invoice date. We will follow up only once. Failure to pay invoice within 24 hours will cancel your invoice and will give your spot to the next vendor on our waitlist.

Payment Options: We accept payment exclusively through the invoice system. No other forms of payment will be accepted.  The invoice system will accept Shop Pay (monthly installments), debit, or credit card as forms of payment.
Cancellation /Refund Policy:

This is a rain or shine market event.  For the Wellness of the events that we host, We do not offer cancelation refunds or credits for weather related and/or vendor initiated reasons. The vendor fee is non-refundable. No exceptions. We will not accept requests from vendors asking for a refund or credit. No exceptions. 

Arriving Late Policy: 
AVB Market Late Policy: Be on time to arrival/vendor set up time. We have one hour to set up and one hour to take down. Vendors have a grace period of 15 minutes from arrival time. The vendors are expected to be fully set up by event start time. If the vendor has arrived at the start of the event time they are considered late and their fee will be forfeited and is non refundable and no credits will be issued. No exceptions.
 It is important to please communicate with me via text message regarding cancellations or tardiness or being late. We do reserve the right to shift your vendor spot accordingly or as deemed necessary. 

If you arrive late we will not allow you to set up. No refunds, credits will be applied. No exceptions. 

Marketing Agreement:

Let’s Elevate, Promote, and Work Together!  Our goal is to have a successful event and we understand that this is a community effort to promote, bring awareness, and create a thread! We recommend that all vendors share promotional materials on Instagram / social platforms twice a week on stories and make one official post on their feed leading up to the event to bring awareness and come visit you at the market event.

Vendor Conduct: vendors must be professional at all times in person and through correspondence. We do reserve the right to deny future opportunities if vendor is unprofessional via correspondence or in person. 

Market Day Vendor Responsibilities and Liability:
Vendors are liable for any damages to venue property or market property that occurred by vendor. 
Vendor agrees and is responsible for having all  permits, certifications, sales tax related, licensing related to operating their business and/or handling food.  This is a requirement to become a vendor. We will request food handling certificate from food vendors.

Vendors are responsible for all their own setup to showcase their business. This includes lights, inventory, products, tables, table cloths must reach the floor and cover the table legs, signage, chairs, ect.  Set up will begin one hour prior to the AVB Market. Breakdown begins immediately at the end of the market and we have exactly 45 min to 1 hour to breakdown. Each vendor must leave their area clean. Vendors must take care and be respectful of the venue and market. If a vendor breaks something that belongs to the venue or market then they are liable to pay for it. Vendors who breakdown prior to end of the market will not be invited back. 

Market Day Inventory:
Vendors are allowed to bring only the items that they have applied and mentioned on the vendor application. The event is curated and aims to have high quality and variety selection. If market sees an item on display on the market day that was not approved or mentioned at the time of application then organizers will ask vendor to pu it away.
